Maggie Finn Ryan is a staff writer at Prevention.com and a 500-hour certified yoga teacher. Her work has appeared in New York Family Magazine, NY Yoga + Life Magazine, Women's Health, and Prevention. Maggie completed her 200-hour and 300-hour yoga certifications with Chrissy Carter at YogaWorks in NYC. Currently, she teaches yoga instructional videos for Prevention and a beginners class at Sync Studio in Brooklyn. 

Things that make her fist pump include mindfulness, reproductive rights, improv, marble accents, guacamole, sunscreen, morning dance parties, and crime documentaries.
